Records what you spend. Nothing else.
No account, no server, nothing uploaded. Every entry lives in a database on your iPhone — there is nothing to sign up for, nothing to log into, and no company holding a copy of what you buy. Share the categories you choose with your household, and only those, phone to phone.

What it does
- Log an expense in secondsAmount, where, category, and an optional note.
- Every entry, by month or categorySearchable and fast even after years of use.
- Monthly viewTotal, entry count, average, and a breakdown of where the money actually went.
- Trend viewHow spending moves month to month, across all categories or just one.
- Categories you controlCreate, rename and recolour them. Even the ones that ship with the app can be deleted.
- Recurring costsRent, subscriptions, the daily coffee. Set it once and entries appear on schedule.
- Share with your householdPick the categories another phone can see. The rest never leaves yours.
- Face ID or Touch ID lockIf you want one. The app never locks you out of your own data.
Recurring costs use your dates
Set a donation on the 15th and it repeats on the 15th. Set an annual renewal in August and it repeats in August. Daily, weekly, every two weeks, monthly and yearly are all supported — and a rule started on the 31st falls back to the last day of shorter months without drifting earlier and earlier.
Entries created by a rule are marked as such, so you can always see where a charge came from. Remove a rule together with everything it generated, or keep the history.
Share the grocery bill, not the rest
Pair two phones with a six-digit code, then mark the categories your household should see. Entries in those categories appear on both phones and either of you can edit them. Everything else — every other category, your recurring rules, your currency, your app lock — stays where it is.
It runs directly between the two phones over your own Wi-Fi. There is still no account and still no server, so the data does not pass through anyone: there is no one for it to pass through. Turn sharing off on a category and nothing further is sent, though what already reached the other phone stays there — no server means nothing to recall it with.
Backups you actually control
Because nothing is uploaded, backups are your responsibility — so they are made straightforward. Export a file and put it wherever you like: iCloud Drive, Google Drive, Dropbox, Files, or a message to yourself.
Encrypt it with a passphrase first and it is unreadable by whoever stores it. Importing shows you exactly what a file contains, and asks whether to replace or merge, before anything changes. Your database also sits inside the normal iPhone backup, so restoring a device brings your spending with it.
On privacy, precisely
No account. No sign-up. Nothing that copies your spending anywhere you did not choose to send it.
There is no server to breach and no database of users to sell, because neither exists. Household sharing does not change that — it goes phone to phone, never through us. The full terms are on the privacy page.
No subscription
Budgeting apps that connect to your bank charge around a hundred dollars a year, because they pay for that connection. This one never touches your bank, so it does not need to charge you for the privilege.
